Key Requirements

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
  • Experience treating Athletes (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) Required
  • Physical Therapist (PT) Required
  • Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) Required
