Salary

Base: $98,900.00 - $185,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and possible long term incentives; Benefits: Health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

  • Root cause corrective action analysis
  • Supplier process and product quality assurance
  • Process improvement projects experience
  • Ability to lead supplier problem solving
  • DoD Government Security Clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AS9100 quality management system
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Experience with APQP and PPAP processes
  • Knowledge of special processes like heat treat and welding
  • Ability to work autonomously at supplier sites
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3+ years
  • US citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Government Security Clearance
  • Experience with process improvement projects
  • Minimum 8 years experience for Sr. Principal Engineer or 6 years with Master’s degree
