Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years Facilities Maintenance and Project Management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Maintenance and Project Management experience
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • PMP (or progress toward certification) or CMRP or reliability background
  • Ability to read and understand facility blueprints
  • Familiarity with CMMS and scheduling tools
