Base: $31.25 - $57.69 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Incentive opportunities available; Benefits: Comprehensive set including health, 401(k), PTO, and tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years banking or financial services experience
2+ years leadership experience
Strong operational risk management skills
Ability to work Saturdays
Travel up to 50% during first 6 months

Proven ability to hire and develop sales professionals
Experience leading affluent and high net worth segments
Knowledge of banking laws and compliance controls
