Job Summary

  • The Sr. HRBP position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization and/or within assigned departments.
  • This role will provide HR support for employees, managers and executive leadership for their named teams/functions, guiding leaders & teams through performance management, organizational design and hiring decisions, compensation reviews and decisions, employee development, team engagement and employee relations issues.

Key Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years HRBP or HR manager experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
