The Advanced Program Support Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, building, testing and maintenance of aerospace flight hardware including, but not limited to: (Extra Mobility Unit (EMU) Suits and Suit components primarily focusing on pressure integrity layers, EVA Tools and Crew Aids, Ancillary equipment, Advanced program and other contracts and subsystem equipment as required

Job Summary

  • The Advanced Program Support Technician will be responsible for manufacturing, building, testing and maintenance of aerospace flight hardware including, but not limited to: (Extra Mobility Unit (EMU) Suits and Suit components primarily focusing on pressure integrity layers, EVA Tools and Crew Aids, Ancillary equipment, Advanced program and other contracts and subsystem equipment as required.
  • Manufacturing equipment and processes include, but not limited to 3D printers, RF welders, fabric laser and wheel cutters, and dip mold preparation.

  • Adherence to Quality and Safety requirements

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Must be able to pass a Class III Physical
  • Must have excellent mechanical skills
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record
