Job Summary

• The Director of Banquets reports to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, leading, motivating, coaching, and disciplining all employees in the Banquet Department.
• Responsibilities include coordinating set-up requirements, communicating with group contacts, ensuring quality and timeliness of food items, and working with culinary and catering teams to design effective menus.
