Salary

Base: $149,800 - $188,100 depending on location; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonus and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive health and financial benefits

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years experience in Compensation, Finance or Analytics
  • At least 3 years client management experience
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • 6+ years experience in Compensation, Finance or Analytics preferred
  • 5+ years experience building compensation models
  • 4+ years client facing or consulting roles
  • 1+ year experience with Workday
  • Must be authorized to work without sponsorship
