We are looking for a passionate candidate to join SGNIC team to combat scams in Singapore.
This Technical Manager role oversees the operations, maintenance and enhancement of the system, and is responsible for ensuring L1 support service level, security, stability, resilience and data integrity of the system.
Manage vendor, who provides 24/7 L1 Technical Support, and vendors’ service delivery, performance and compliance with requirements, organisation policies & standards and industry best practices.
