CE instrumentation operation and maintenance
Design and validation of CE fragment and Sanger sequencing assays
Product development and commercialization experience
Troubleshooting and root cause investigation
Use of PPE in laboratory environment
Collaboration with manufacturing and quality control teams

Multiplex PCR design expertise
Assay DoE and statistical analysis
Effective communication of complex analytical results
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Scientific literature analysis
Key Requirements
MS/PhD in Molecular Biology or related field or BS with equivalent experience
At least 3+ years biotechnology product development experience
Familiarity with design control process and compliance
Experience with CE instrumentation (ABI 3500/3730/SeqStudio Systems)
