Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for Patient Services (PS) reporting and data analysis as required to support our call center operations and patient strategic initiative programs.
  • The role will also be asked to perform statistical analysis. Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
