Job Summary
Own the customer relationship, managing complete projects, long term maintenance agreements AND identifying leading and delivering client public construction, maintenance, and stand-alone service contracts related to intelligent traffic systems (ITS) and outdoor lighting.
Oversee all aspects of the region including Profit and Loss and analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, utilization.
Build and maintain an effective service operations organization committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth.
