Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer for Digital Transformation within their MedTech R&D division. This role will focus on enhancing digital capabilities and processes across R&D systems while fostering a collaborative environment
Job Summary
The Senior Engineer, Digital Transformation enables the continuous evolution of the MedTech R&D product lifecycle and digital thread through the development of sector wide processes and digital platforms.
You will be responsible for providing technical and functional leadership across multiple platforms or capability areas, designing scalable, future ready solutions aligned to the digital thread and sector ecosystem.
This role can be located at any J&J MedTech site and will work a Flex/Hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.
