Job Summary
Responsible for maturing and expanding the Bank’s IT Application Performance Monitoring program to improve application performance, availability and resiliency through real-time monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, and architects to implement a practical top-down monitoring approach and modernize the monitoring environment.
Establish KPIs around monitoring and availability, track and report progress, and communicate organizational value to management and senior stakeholders periodically.

Key Requirements
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/IT
At least 15+ years in Enterprise monitoring and observability
Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience with industry leading tools
Experience in Banking industry preferred
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Remedy or ServiceNow
