Job Summary
The role of Commercial Contract Specialist is to ensure strong commercial and contract governance across the PGSV Business Unit Hub MEA, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of contract risk management.
Support and guide Project Execution teams to enforce and defend Hitachi Energy's contractual interests, including monitoring changes, defending claims, and presenting contract information effectively.
Build and deploy ERM, Risk Review, and Project Risk management processes for early identification and mitigation of risks, and ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations.

10+ years in contract or commercial management
B.E. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred

Knowledge of local contracting principles and standards (e.g., GCC Standards)
