Job Summary
This position is responsible for the first 30 days of the team member's lifecycle, including all pre-employment communication, screenings, and scheduling for new team members.
You will take charge of the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and conduct check-ins with new hires at 15 and 30 days of employment.

Key Requirements
