Job Summary
The Pharmacy Intern – Ambulatory supports outpatient pharmacy operations by rotating through multiple workstations, including register support, prescription preparation, data entry and insurance processing, and inventory management such as cycle counts, restocking, and ordering.
This role also provides customer service to patients, providers, and care teams while ensuring smooth workflow and timely prescription processing.
In addition to operational responsibilities, the intern gains exposure to clinical workflows, offering a well-rounded ambulatory pharmacy experience.
