Job Summary
Performs duties with supervision or engineering guidance utilizing knowledge and skills commensurate with the requirements of this position.
Analyze, test, troubleshoot, and repair new or existing Johnson Controls BAS products.
Provide technical product support (primarily phone support) to the field, end users, and internal service providers requiring complex and in-depth troubleshooting to resolve technical problems for Johnson Controls products.
