Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-4 years HR Business Partner experience
Fluency in Greek and English languages
Knowledge of local labor legislation
Experience with HRIS systems
Stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Human Resources
Experience in multinational environment
Proven hands-on can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
Key Requirements
Master's degree preferably in Economics, Law, or Humanities
2-4 years experience in HR Business Partner or Generalist role
