The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs in digital health and public systems.
Responsibilities include overseeing program management, ecosystem and partner engagement, team leadership, and providing technical assistance to the Government of Odisha for CCM.

Proven track record in leading large scale projects in digital health or IT implementation
