Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to design, source, program & start up controls projects as well as Introduce/Lead/Teach New Technology.
The person in this role will support the Battery Pack and Final Assembly Production Engineering department's objective to provide high quality, low cost and reliable plant equipment and control system.
Study past project and/or operation performance to determine areas of improvement, perform root cause analysis, and implement kaizens to improve performance.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical or computer science or equivalent experience
Position related experience in Control Engineering
Experience in Embedded Controls Algorithm, Software Engineering
Project management experience
2+ years experience on assignments at Toyota Motor North American Production Engineering or other Automotive Manufacturing facilities
2+ years current Assembly Engineering experience
2+ years experience on Production Management System installation projects
