The Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Team Rubicon's strategy for rapid local disaster response in Illinois and Wisconsin.
This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with state, county, and city-level disaster assistance organizations while supporting the leadership lifecycle of Greyshirt volunteers.
The position is hybrid-based, requiring 2-3 days per week at the Tactical Operations Center in Chicago, IL, with a focus on inspiring coworkers and contractors.
