Job Summary
The Temporary Research Assistant III will support a research laboratory investigating physiological changes after spinal cord injury (SCI) in transgenic mouse animal models.
The individual will be responsible for conducting live imaging studies of the spinal cord using in vivo and ex vivo SCI models.
Responsibilities include quantitative analyses, dissection and cryostat sectioning of spinal cord tissue, processing of histological and imaging data sets, and animal handling care and procedures.
