Job Summary
Leads day-to-day performance and service of assigned External Manufacturers (EMs), focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
Defines and implements Daily Management structure within EM OC & CC in alignment with the Convatec Performance System (CPS).
The role involves developing capacity plans, strategic risk-mitigation plans, and championing standard work and continuous improvement across EM operations.
