Job Summary

  • As an Engineering Manager II on our Platform Organization you will lead two squads that are foundational to how Housecall Pro scales: Search Platform and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • You will drive the technical and strategic direction for search infrastructure (Elasticsearch, observability, developer-facing APIs) and identity & access management (authentication, authorization, RBAC, session management).
  • This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional influence.
