  • Experience working within enterprise SaaS, digital publishing, health tech, or data driven environments
  • Strong understanding of design systems and scalable UX governance models
  • Demonstrated ability to align UX metrics with business and product impact
  • Executive level communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies
  • Experience driving organizational change in complex, global organizations
