Your day-to-day will involve leading and inspiring a team of sales associates on the shop floor, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring happy customers and employees.
Key responsibilities include driving sales through coaching and shop floor adjustments, delivering world-class customer experiences, educating customers on brand values, managing cash handling, and maintaining store visuals and inventory.
