Job Summary

  • Provide an “all round” engineering support, maintaining the buildings, primarily at HSBC.
  • Ensure all record keeping functions are completed on a Daily basis.
  • All work to be carried out with minimal disruption to the service and business operations.

Salary

Base: Not specified; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: £100 per week when on emergency call out. Plus minimum of four hours at prevailing rate if called out. Overtime rate as follows; Mon – Fri: 17:00 – 24:00 1.5 x rate. 24:00 – 06:00 2 x rate. 0600 – 0800 1.5 x rate Sat: 06:00 – 13:00 1.5 x rate. After 1300 Sat Sun & Bank Hols: 2 x rate.
