Job Summary

  • This client-facing position is responsible for all aspects of managing production Charles River IMS systems for multiple Clients as part of the Charles River Software as a Service (Saas) offerings.
  • Responsibilities include remote management, administration, and support for Client production Charles River IMS solutions, covering user administration, parameter configuration, performance tuning, and software patching/upgrades.
  • The role requires excellent customer service, technical troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline preferred.
