Job Summary
The Global Skills Architecture Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the company's enterprise-wide skills framework.
This role ensures that skills function as a strategic asset supporting talent acquisition, learning, mobility, workforce planning, and AI‑driven opportunities marketplace platforms.
The position reports to the Head of People Grow with a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition and maintains strong partnerships with HR Tech & Experience and Enterprise Data/AI teams.
