Job Summary

  • You will be the privileged point of contact for laboratory clients, responsible for operational coordination and development of laboratories under your responsibility.
  • You will ensure contractual commitments are met, including managing laboratory requests, monitoring KPIs, liaising with legal for amendments, and invoicing for additional services.
  • You will maintain the relationship and develop accounts by highlighting Alloga's expertise and proposing value-added solutions, including offer establishment, P&L monitoring, and contract renegotiation.
