Job Summary

  • The role leads an engineering team providing daily technical support to operations including triaging shop-floor defects and driving permanent corrective actions.
  • This position is responsible for developing and implementing the escalation process across all Generac businesses to ensure rapid response and accurate root cause evaluation.
  • The manager will partner with plant leadership to meet SQDRC targets while ensuring bills of material and routings reflect current build standards.
