Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for strategic direction and oversight for all payroll and financial accounting, compliance and various employee benefits financial processes of qualified, nonqualified, and various other programs within a multi-billion-dollar payroll and benefit related environment.
  • The role ensures accurate payroll accounting and benefit/financial benefit accounting, strict adherence to regulatory requirements, and effective financial management of benefit programs including assurance of any related investment recording.
  • The Director partners with internal leadership, external auditors, governmental agencies, trustees, actuarial firms, record keepers, and investment managers to safeguard financial integrity and deliver transparent, compliant reporting.
