Job Summary
Responsible for administrating and coordinating Sales/Marketing training programs and process for employees in the Sales and Marketing area.
Accountable for customized training needs assessments, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management.
Enhance and maintain current training initiatives (Training Tuesdays) and build the training program across additional platforms: Podcast, YouTube Channel – mini training videos, online training , LMS for internal training.
