Job Summary

  • Responsible for administrating and coordinating Sales/Marketing training programs and process for employees in the Sales and Marketing area.
  • Accountable for customized training needs assessments, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements and cost management.
  • Enhance and maintain current training initiatives (Training Tuesdays) and build the training program across additional platforms: Podcast, YouTube Channel – mini training videos, online training , LMS for internal training.
