The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone calls, limited to clerical duties at the reception/administrative area.
Essential duties include providing general administrative support, checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining logs, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system, with previous administrative or receptionist experience being preferred.
