Job Summary

• You will be a consultative sales partner to your clients, Merchandising partners, and Marketing support to grow your client’s business and drive revenue at Walmart.
• Your primary goal will be increasing adoption of our ad products by acting as a connective tissue between Walmart Connect teams (Merchant, Ad Sales, and Product) and our advertisers.

Base: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 (Hoboken); $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 (Bentonville); Bonus/Equity: annual or quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, PTO, disability, discounts, education benefit

Key Requirements

• 8+ years digital sales experience
• 3 years Out of Home sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area
• Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area
• 5 years shopper marketing sales experience
• 5 years managing client accounts
• 5 years strategic advisor experience
