Job Summary
This role leads the transformation of software development practices across GE HealthCare to accelerate innovation and deliver meaningful outcomes for patients.
The incumbent will establish a medtech-adapted DORA metric stack and operationalize a process-agile Quality Management System aligned with AAMI TIR45 standards.
The first 12 months are dedicated to IronMan Integration activities before extending sustainable enterprise adoption across all segments.
