Job Summary

  • The UAS Business Development Manager APAC will drive the commercial success of our Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) portfolio within the APAC Region by setting and exceeding goals, formulating the regional commercial strategy, and cultivating a strong network of customers and partners.
  • The jobholder is expected to lead the effort to achieve and exceed all established regional objectives for the UAS product line, taking complete ownership of the performance of the UAS portfolio and ensuring regional business development objectives are met and surpassed.
  • Develop a comprehensive network of UAS operators, potential partners (including those for training and maintenance of our UAS systems), and key stakeholders throughout the region to enhance competitive advantage through cross-regionalization.

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary education in Aviation, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
  • More than 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Several years of experience in drone operations
  • Strong understanding of UAS/Drone market, technologies, and regulatory environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively within a highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to build a sound business case, understand pricing strategies, and negotiate complex contracts
