Proven leadership of Medical Science Liaison teams
Experience in ICU, Med-Surg, or Clinical Informatics
Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Expertise in literature review and scientific analysis
Nice-to-have
Prior Medical Affairs experience highly desirable
Ability to travel up to 50%
Confidence in public speaking and presentations
Cross-functional partnership skills
Knowledge of biostatistics and clinical trial design
