Job Summary
This role involves owning the hardware diagnostics and RMA workflow as the first and final line of defense for returned devices.
The successful candidate will perform component-level rework including SMD soldering and module replacement while maintaining traceable repair logs.
You will work in a flat team structure with direct exposure to a globally deployed IoT hardware product used on major infrastructure projects.
