Job Summary
The Dragos team is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to own day-to-day reverse logistics and RMA execution, accelerate POC fulfillment, and deliver actionable KPI insights that improve on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
Lead end-to-end reverse logistics and RMA workflows: intake triage, approvals, FRU coordination, NBD shipments, asset validation, return receipt, and disposition—ensuring SLA adherence and cost control.
Continuously improve processes: identify root causes (e.g., recurring RMA drivers, labeling/INCOTERM issues), implement corrective actions with vendors, and document SOPs and playbooks.
