Job Summary

  • The Solution Architect is a customer-facing, pre-sales individual responsible for helping prospects and clients understand how MRI’s PMX Commercial and Residential Management solutions address their operational and business challenges.
  • You will typically support multiple opportunities in parallel, run structured discovery and solution workshops, tailor demonstrations to specific use cases, and contribute to written responses (RFPs/ITTs).
  • We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation.
