Rappi is seeking a Turbo Commercial Senior Manager to lead the growth of their Turbo operations in Mexico. The ideal candidate should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, extensive experience in commercial strategy, and a proven track record in managing complex negotiations and partnerships

Job Summary

  • As Turbo Commercial Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial growth of our Turbo operation, developing and implementing strategies that drive the acquisition of new partners, the expansion of the product portfolio (SKUs), and the maximization of revenue.
  • Design and implement the commercial strategy to expand Turbo in your assigned market, identify, negotiate, and incorporate new key partners (retailers, CPGs, local brands), and increase the number of SKUs.
  • Analyze business metrics (P&L, margins, revenue growth) to ensure a profitable and scalable operation, and work closely with operations, marketing, and product teams to drive commercial initiatives.
