Job Summary
Responsible for the inspection of new and existing construction for compliance with adopted building codes and local ordinances to establish that requirements for life, health, safety and welfare of building occupants and the general public are met.
Perform combination inspections, primarily building, mechanical, plumbing and electrical, of new and existing residential, commercial, multi-family projects and all associated structures.
Demonstrates a respectful attitude towards customers and coworkers that promotes teamwork, open communication, and effective customer service.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Four years trades experience
Two years Combination Inspector II experience
State Plumbing Inspector License
ICC Residential and Building Inspector Certifications
ICC Residential and Commercial Mechanical Inspector Certifications
