Job Summary

  • The candidate will be primarily responsible for promoting and preserving patient well-being and health through the follow-up and development of their professional duties in the care of patients with home respiratory therapy, coordinating with the Delegation's Healthcare Manager.
  • Ensure the maximum quality of care processes, in accordance with VitalAire's standardized procedures, and evaluate the introduction of new technologies and propose scientific or research programs.
  • Coordinate with pneumology services for new home respiratory therapy follow-up processes and evaluate the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of healthcare staff, promoting continuous improvement in patient quality of life.
