Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while ensuring their safety and comfort.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents safely within facility
