Work in close partnership with the L&D Director EMEA and the People & Culture (P&C) partners to design and deliver local or regional programs for some EMEA Markets and business.
Develop a close trusting relationship with managers and directors across the Markets and business to understand development needs for employees and teams and proactively deliver effective learning solutions.
