CWL Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Condo Manager with property management experience to oversee condominium operations in Singapore. The role requires strong knowledge of building maintenance regulations and excellent communication skills

Job Summary

  • Manage the assigned property and maintain the estate in a safe, good and operational condition for occupants.
  • Liaise with government agencies, developers, architects, contractors and service providers on behalf of the Management Corporation.
  • Respond to after-office-hours emergency calls and plan and track annual budgets for maintenance fees and sinking funds.
