The role requires frequent lifting or moving up to 25 pounds and assisting residents with transferring, turning, and positioning into various equipment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data accurately
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
