The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in recruiting top digital talent, particularly in IT, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through to the offer stage while also enhancing employer brand awareness internally and externally.
